•BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:00 am.

•LUNCH AND DINNER

We do not serve food at this times. Nevertheless, we gladly provide you with a list of recommended restaurants.

•BEVERAGES

We have an available menu of cold and hot drinks.

•ROOM SERVICE

Room service is available in Casa Capuchinas from 7:00 am to 9 pm.

•CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in time is 3:00 p.m.

Check out time is 12:00 p.m.

•ENTRY TIME TO THE HOUSE

You have a key to the house’s main door. You can come in or out at any time with it.

•SMOKING AREAS

You can smoke in the outdoors areas of the house. Please do not smoke in the living room and/or the main dining room.

•LAUNDRY

We offer laundry service at US$ 1.00 per pound and US$ 1.00 per ironed item (shirt or pants).

If you need an iron and ironing board we will provide them to you at no cost.

•PILLOWS

We provide either anti allergenic or feather down pillows.

•FIREPLACE

All rooms feature fireplace and it is available for your use at any time.

•FLIGHT CONFIRMATION

We can gladly confirm or modify your flight at no cost.

•COFFEE AND PASTRIES

Everyday at 5 p.m. we serve complimentary coffee and pastries in the main dining room.

•BOOKS

Casa Capuchinas has a selection of paper back edition books which are available to you. Please feel free to read them. If you would like to take it with you, please leave us another book to replace it so that future guests enjoy a good book during their visit, too.

•FIRST AID MEDICINE

We have limited basic medication available in case of minor health disorders.

•MEDICAL SERVICES

We have an on call doctor in Casa Capuchinas. There are several medical facilities close by and ambulance services are also available.

•WATER

For your convenience we provide you with two bottles of purified water in your bathroom.

•ELECTRICAL POWER

Guatemalan voltage is 110.

•CURRENCY EXCHANGE

You can easily exchange foreign currency at most local banks. Many of them are conveniently located nearby the Central Plaza. There are also several ATM machines throughout Antigua where you can make cash withdrawals from your credit card.

•SECURITY

Although Antigua Guatemala is a beautiful and peaceful town, we suggest you not to walk alone in dark and desert streets as well as not wear expensive jewelry when you go out for a walk.

We also suggest you leave your money and valuables in a safe place.
